ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ රෝහල් සඳහා පරිත්‍යාග කිරීමේ බලාපොරොත්තුවෙන් 2020 ජූනි මස 20 වන දින සැදැහැවත් පින්වතුන් විසින් රෝහල් ඇඳන් සහ අනෙකුත් රෝහල් උපකරණ මෙල්බර්න් මහමෙව්නාව භාවනා අසපුව වෙත ප්‍රවාහනය කරනු ලැබුවා.
අපගේ බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේ දේශනා කොට වදාළේ යමෙක් ගිලනුන්ට උපස්ථාන කරයි නම් ඔහු මා හට උපස්ථාන කරන්නෙක් වෙයි යනුවෙනි. එම උතුම් බුදු වදන සිතේ තබාගෙන සිදුකරන්නට යෙදුනු මෙම පුණ්‍යකර්මය සියල්ලෝම සතුටින් අනුමෝදන් වේවා! මේ සදහා සහයෝගය ලබා දුන් සියලු දෙනාට උතුම් චතුරාර්ය සත්‍යය අවබෝධ කරගන්න වාසනාව උදාවේවා! දැකබලා සතුටු වන සියලු දෙනාටත් මේ පින එක සේ අනුමෝදන් වෙත්වා!

බලාපොරොත්තු වන වටිනා ඇඳන් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට යැවීම සදහා 2019 මාර්තු මස 30 වන දින සැදැහැවත් පින්වතුන් විසින් මෙල්බන් මහමෙව්නාව භාවනා අසපුවේ දී සූදානම් කරන්නට යෙදුනා. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ඉතා අඩු පහසුකම් ඇති රෝහල් සදහා මෙම වටිනා ඇඳන් ඉතාම ප්‍රයෝජනවත් වන අතර එම රෝහල් වල ප්‍රතිකාර ලබන රෝගීන්ට සුවසේ තම ප්‍රතිකාර කටයුතු සිදු කර ගැනීමට බොහෝ උපකාරි වෙයි. අපගේ බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේ දේශනා කොට වදාළේ යමෙක් ගිලනුන්ට උපස්ථාන කරයි නම් ඔහු මා හට උපස්ථාන කරන්නෙක් වෙයි යනුවෙනි. එම උතුම් බුදු වදන සිතේ තබාගෙන සිදුකරන්නට යෙදුනු මෙම පුණ්‍යකර්මය සියල්ලෝම සතුටින් අනුමෝදන් වේවා!
මේ සදහා සහයෝගය ලබා දුන් සියලු දෙනාට උතුම් චතුරාර්ය සත්‍යය අවබෝධ කරගන්න වාසනාව උදාවේවා!

ශ්‍රි ලංකාවේ ගං වතුරින් අවතැන් වූ අපේම සහෝදර ජනතාව සහ ඔවුන්ගේ දූ දරුවන්ගේ අසරණ ජිවිත වලට පිහිටක් වනු පිණිස, අපගේ ගුරුදේවෝත්තම පින්වත් ලොකු ස්වාමින් වහන්සේගේ මගපෙන්වීමෙන්, මහමෙව්නාව භාවනා අසපු සංචිතයත්, ශ්‍රද්ධා රූපවාහිනියත්, මහමෙව්නාවට සම්බන්ද අනෙකුත් ආයතනත්, එක්ව ගංවතුර සහන සේවා වැඩසටහනක් සිදුකරන්නට යෙදුනි.
මේ යටතේ මුලටියන හා පිටබැද්දර යන ප්‍රදේශවල අසරණ ජනතාව සඳහා ඔබ සැම ලබාදුන් ආධාර බෙදාදිමෙන් ඔවුන්ගේ ජිවිත ගොඩනැගීමට අත්වැලක් වන්නට අපට හැකිවිය.
ඉතාමත් කරුණාබර සිතින් මුල්‍යමය වශයෙන්,ද්‍රව්‍යමය වශයෙන් හා කැපවීමෙන් ශ්‍රමදායකත්වය ලබාදුන්, මෙම පුණ්‍යකර්මය සතුටින් අනුමෝදන් වූ සියලූ දෙනාට මේ පිං අනුමෝදන් වෙත්වා! සියලු දෙවියන්ගේ ආරක්ෂාව සැලසෙත්වා! ගෞතම බුදුසසුන තුළ සානාතන රැකවරණය ලැබිමට මේ පිං හේතුවේවා!

පසුගිය දින වල අප මාතෘ භූමියෙහි ඇති වූ ගංවතුරෙන් අසරණ වූ ජනතාව සදහා ආධාර උපකාර කරන ලෙස අප විසින් ඔබ දැනුවත් කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව මෙල්බර්න් වාසී බොහෝ දෙනෙකු මුදලින් $ 14,482.55 ක් හා ද්‍රව්‍යමය වශයෙන් ආධාර ලබා දෙන ලදී. ඔබ විසින් ලබා දුන් මුදලින් රුපියල් 800 000 පමණ අපගේ ශ්‍රද්ධා මාධ්‍ය ජාලය හරහා ඒ ඒ පළාත් වල අසරණ වූ ජනතාව සදහා මූලික ආධාර ( වියලි ආහාර, පාණිය ජලය ආදිය…..) ලබාදීම සදහා යොදවන ලදී. එම ආධාර සහ ආධාර ලබා දුන් ප්‍රදේශ පිළිබදව විස්තර ඇතුළත් ලිපියත්, පුණ්‍යානුමෝදනාවත් මේ සමග එවා ඇත. එමෙන්ම පහත සදහන් ලින්ක් ඔස්සේ එම ආධාර බෙදන ලද ඡායාරූප දැක බලා අනුමෝදන් වීමටද හැකිය.
එමෙන්ම මෙල්බර්න් අසපුවට එකතු කරනු ලැබූ ද්‍රව්‍යමය ආධාර මේ වන විට ලංකාවට නැව්ගත කොට ඇති අතර එකතු කොට යවන ලද ද්‍රව්‍යමය ආධාර පිළිබදව විස්තරයත් මේ සමග අමුනා එවා ඇත. ජුලි මස අන්තිම වන විට එම ද්‍රව්‍යමය ආධාර, ගංවතුරෙන් අසරණ වූ ජනතාව සදහා ලබා දීමට කටයුතු කරන්නට අප බලාපොරොත්තු වන්නෙමු.
එමෙන්ම මේ වන විට ශ්‍රද්ධා මාධ්‍ය ජාලය සහ මහමෙව්නාව භාවනා අසපුව මැදිහත් වී සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම පාහේ නිවාස විනාශ වූ පිරිසෙන් කිහිප දෙනෙකුට නිවාස ඉදිකරදීමටත් අත්‍යඅවශ්‍ය උපකරණ ලබාදීමටත් කටයුතු කරමින් පවතී. ඒ සදහාද ඔබ ලබා දුන් මුදල් යොමු කිරීමට කටයුතු කරනු ලබන අතර එම කටයුතු අවසන් වීමෙන් පසුව ඒ පිළිබද විසතරත්, ද්‍රව්‍යමය ආධාර බෙදාදීමේ විස්තරත් ඔබ වෙත ලබා දීමට කටයුතු කරන්නෙමු.
මෙසේ ගංවතුරෙන් අසරණ වූ දහස් සංඛ්‍යාත කුඩා, වැඩිහිටි පිරිස් සදහා උපකාර කිරීමෙන් රැස් කලා වූ සියළු පුණ්‍ය ධර්මයන් පින්වත් ඔබ සියළු දෙනාටම නිදුක්, නිරෝගී සුවපත් භාවය පිණිසම උපකාර වේවා…..!

When you were notified by us to help and give donations for the people who had been affected by the recent floods in our country, many people living in Melbourne had donated $14,482.55 in cash and huge amount of goods. About Rs. 800,000/= of the money you have donated has been supplied through our Shraddha media for the basic needs (dry food, drinking water, etc.) of the people in those affected areas. This email contains a letter about the aids, and the areas to which the aids have been distributed to; and the punyanumodanawa. Via the links mentioned below you are also able to rejoice by seeing the provision of those aids through the photographs.
The dry foods and other goods collected at the Mahamevnawa Monastery have already been shipped, and attached here in is the description of those aids. We hope to make arrangements for the distribution of those aids to the people affected from the floods by the end of July.
The collaboration between Shraddha media and the Mahamevnawa Meditation Monastery has already been taking actions to build houses and supply essential equipment for some of the families whose houses have been completely destroyed. We hope to direct the funds that you have donated for that same project and after the completion of the project we hope to send an account of the project, as well as an account of the distribution of the material aids.
May the merits collected by helping the thousands of young and old who have been affected from the floods help you and your family members to have a healthy and prosperous life. May you all be able to realise the Four Noble Truths in this Gautama Buddha’s dispensation.

Most human beings spend much of their time in looking after the body. They spend time and energy in doing exercises, such as running, walking, swimming etc., to keep the body healthy. These activities have a tendency to produce temporary physical and mental states of invincibility and indestructability. However much one cares for the body, it will decay and worsen with age and time. This eventuality is unavoidable and reflects the true nature of our physical bodies.
With the noble aim of helping the sick and the elderly, in May 2016, Melbourne Mahamevnawa Buddhist Meditation Centre took the initiative to collect and ship medical equipment to the needy in Sri Lanka. This was gratefully received by both the hospitals and patients who were in great need of sent equipment.
Having understood the positive impact their donation made toward improving the quality of medical care in rural Sri Lankan communities, Melbourne and Sydney Mahamevnawa Buddhist Meditation Centres jointly organized, collected and arranged shipment of hospital beds and equipment worth more than Rs. 4 million (59 Beds) to Sri Lanka again in May 2016. Under the patronage and guidance of Most Venarable Kiribathgoda Gnanananda thero and residing monks of Mahamevnawa Monasteries in Australia, this was kindly facilitated by Mr Sarath Silva and Upasthana Committee members.
The distribution of this shipment of equipment to selected rural hospitals in Srilanka . The recipients of these equipment were extremely grateful and appreciative of the thoughts, efforts, and sacrifices made by all those who were involved.
